Ayurveda Rejuvenation

The package “Ayurveda Rejuvenation” includes:

• accommodation for 3 nights
• Ayurvedic full board (3 dinners, 3 breakfasts and 3 lunches)
• initial consultation with Ayurvedic doctor, 45 minutes
• final consultation with Ayurvedic doctor, 30 minutes
• 1 hour exercise classes (yoga, pranayama or therapeutic classes of the day)
• 3x Ayurvedic massage Abhyanga, 55' + 5'
• 2x Ayurvedic massage Shirodhara, 55' + 5'
• cleansing drinking regime (St. Katherine spring water (cold or hot) throughout the day)
• free access to wellness & spa in Ayurvedic Pavilion (Finnish sauna, aromatherapy steam cabins, two large whirlpools, gentle reflexology "walking on stones and pebbles", pool with six massage seats)
• free access to wellness & spa (sauna, steam room, Jacuzzi and relaxation room)
• free access to fitness centre
• transfer from Počátky (a fenced, unattended parking space) to the Resort and back

Consultations with Ayurvedic doctor are held in English. Translation into Czech costs 400,-CZK (45 minutes) and 300,-CZK (30 minutes).

Children:
For your peace and relaxation, children younger than 6 years of age are welcome in certain dates arranged in advance only. On special occasions, such as Christmas, New Year's Eve, holidays etc., we offer tailored stays for parents with children.

Children up to 2 years of age are free to stay, but there is no right for a crib/cot.

It is possible to hire a crib/cot for 270 CZK/night (11 EUR) .

Children aged 2 to 6 years can sleep in an extra bed in a room with 2 adult persons; the surcharge for an extra bed is 790 CZK/night (33 EUR).

Pets:
Pets are allowed to stay in the Gymnasion and Garnison buildings only. Your dog should not be bigger than a typical representative of the Retriever breed. The surcharge for one dog is 350 CZK/night, an additional dog costs 490 CZK/night.
