The package “Ayurveda Longevity” for 8 days includes:

• accommodation for 7 nights
• Ayurvedic full board (7 dinners, 7 breakfasts and 7 lunches)
• initial consultation with Ayurvedic doctor, 45 minutes
• control consultation with Ayurvedic doctor, 15 minutes
• final consultation with Ayurvedic doctor, 30 minutes
• 4x exercise classes (yoga, pranayama or therapeutic classes of the day)
• 4x Ayurvedic therapy Abhyanga, 55' + 5'
• 2x Ayurvedic therapy Udwarthanam, 55' + 5'
• 2x Ayurvedic therapy Pizichil, 55' + 5'
• 3x Ayurvedic therapy Pada Abhyanga, 25' + 5'
• 2x Ayurvedic therapy Shiroabhyanga, 40' + 5'
• 1x Ayurvedic therapy Shirodhara, 55' + 5'
• lecture on the principles of Ayurveda with an Ayurvedic doctor.
• cleansing drinking regime (St. Katherine spring water (cold or hot) throughout the day)
• free access to wellness & spa in Ayurvedic Pavilion (Finnish sauna, aromatherapy steam cabins, two large whirlpools, gentle reflexology "walking on stones and pebbles", pool with six massage seats)
• free access to wellness & spa (sauna, steam room, Jacuzzi and relaxation room)
• free access to fitness centre
• transfer from Počátky (a fenced, unattended parking space) to the Resort and back

Consultations with Ayurvedic doctor are held in English. Translation into Czech costs 400 CZK/18 EUR (45 minutes) and 300 CZK/13 EUR (30 minutes).

Children:

For your peace and relaxation, the children younger than 6 years are welcomed in special terms settled in advance only.
