Ayurveda Rejuvenation for 6 days/5 nights

The price of the Ayurveda Rejuvenation Programme includes:

• 5 nights accommodation
• Ayurvedic full board (5 dinners, 5 breakfasts and 5 lunches)
• initial consultation with an Ayurvedic doctor, 45 minutes
• exit consultation with an Ayurvedic doctor, 30 minutes2 one-hour exercise classes (yoga, pranayama or therapeutic classes according to the daily offer)
• 4x Ayurvedic Abhyanga massage, 55´+5´
• 2x Ayurvedic Shirodhara massage, 55´+5´
• 2x Ayurvedic massage Podikizhi, 55´+5´
• drinking regime (Catherine spring water (cold or hot) during the day)
• free access to wellness&spa in the Ayurvedic pavilion (heated swimming pool with several hydromassage loungers, two modern whirlpools, sauna with panoramic view of the nature, steam room and Kneipp walkway)
• free access to the wellness&spa (saunas, steam, whirlpool and relaxation rooms)
• free access to the gym
• transfer from Počátky (fenced, unguarded car park) to the resort and back

Consultations with an Ayurvedic doctor are conducted in English. In case of request for translation into Czech language there is an extra charge:

45 minutes - price 400,- CZK
30 minutes - price 300,- CZK

The gift certificate is valid for 12 months from the date of issue. If the certificate is purchased during an ongoing event, the validity of the certificate will be for the duration of the event.
